The Venture Bros. : retro!

Later this year (slated for August 2010), Bif Bang Pow! will be releasing what will possibly be one of our favorite lines - The Venture Bros. From the Adult Swim cartoon, they've revealed six different characters that will be produced as fun 70's retro action figures. In order of pictured: Dr. Venture, Dean Venture, Brock Samson, The Monarch, Henchman 24 and Henchman 21. Please...more Adult Swim figures.

DJ Trooper Custom Up For Auction

Hot Toys: Iron Man Mark II

Hot Toy’s have released the official pictures to their Iron Man Mark II figure. Normally, we might not post something like this, but at 30cm tall and with 36 points of articulation, working forearm missile, metal like paint, light up eyes and heart and just incredible life like sculpting job done on the face (resembling Robert Downey Jr.) we just had to put it up.

No official word on a price or release date as of yet.

According to centuries old Taoist and Chinese folklore, a minor god, Lei Gong (雷公), the God of Thunder, along with his wife, the Goddess of Lightning, oversee the realm of humanity, ready to strike down those who do harms to others. Recently, :Phunk Studios, along with PHALANX CREATIVE, added their contemporary interpretations to this ancient lore and released Lei Gong figure as part of its Control Chaos Collection. Doc Von Block by Scott Tolleson

This one is a very limited (qty. 25) piece. He’s called “Doc Von Block” by Scott Tolleson
He measures 6″ in height and comes with his sidekick beaker “Ivan”. He looks like he’s made of wood but is actually made of solid resin. Due to the process of making these, each piece will have a unique quality. No two toys will look alike.

The piece went for roughly $125 each. What didn't sell at the SDCC will be for sell at a future show at Red Hot Robot in Phoenix, AZ in August.
